The formats a file can be saved are using htm, PPSX, PDF, AND MOV. Htm is a format that makes your file a web link. PPSX is a format that makes your file a show. PDF formats your file only to a reading format. Mov is a format that makes your file in the form of a movie with audio.

Why is it important to have a header or footers?
Headers and footers are important for keeping documents intact. Headers and footers technically contain information such as the title of the document, the date, the name of the author, and the current page number.
